I will take it if they offer me
In the very late stages of the process. But I also had one company that asked me for my transcript after the first HR call and then had 5 more rounds with that company. Basically, if they had issues with my transcript, they won’t have bothered to continue interviewing me.

Also re fresh grad pay, the mnc I worked at was a standard 3k take it or leave it (back in 2012). Considering you don’t have that much negotiating power anyway, best you can do is just accept it and prove yourself at work to climb up the ladder.

Unregistered Well, they looked and commented about it. Feels like they don't really care your academic grades. It really depends on which company you join.

zvfbg May I know what industry are u in currently? Did they ask about your grades?

Unregistered Fresh grad here with pass degree too. I have not much difficulties during my job search and currently with a job. Took me about a month and a half before securing the job if your wondering how long it took me. I can do it, you can do it too. I will advised not to be picky with the job search and also be realistic with the pay grade (depending on which field). Pass degree may put u in lower salary negotiation power with the hiring manager. Unless with FCH, else salary wise not much difference. In the end if cant perform in the job then sayonara. You also need to have high luck level to find a job in this pandemic period. Main point is dont think too much as everyone will eventually get a job. Good luck.

zvfbg Still waiting for interview atm, I made it pass the screening/test stage. Some friends told me they do not ask for it until later stage of the interview. So I am worried that is the deal breaker

Unregistered Do you already have interviews? If yes then your pass degree doesn’t matter anymore. As long as you do well in interviews you’ll be fine.

If you are looking to get an interview in big 4 consulting, networking is the best way to get in. I have a pass degree too. Got an interview through a contact, passed all the rounds and got offered. Not once did they care or ask about my pass degree (then again by then I had had 5 years experience so...)
