Unregistered insurance industry turnover rate now is 17%. every 100 people who join 17 left and the remaining probably only a few excel. now got so many insurance companies go around and call people and say you are selected for management programm blah blah.. real management program is about businesses i.e. FMCB, real banks, investment banking, commodities, manufacturing, trading and etc. not selling life insurance and etc. dun get cheated and go in...

Managment Trainee

Hi guys

I got an e-mail offering me a managment trainee position (insurance company) and I went googling about it. It seems attractive enough on paper with good pay and promise of entering management.

What really puzzle me is why are requirements so low? Anyone went through a management trainee program and benefited from it?
