I recently had an interview with them 2-3 weeks back. Received an email from HR 1 week after the interview mentioning that they were keen and told me to alert my referees that they would be doing a reference check with them. Confirmed with my previous manager that the reference check is done and the HR side confirmed they received the reply from her last Friday as well. In the email HR also stated that they are still doing the relevant checks and in the midst of processing my application. Will inform me of the outcome when ready. May I know if there is a chance of a job offer and will there be a rough estimated timeline will getting back to me?
Thank you.

Heard that it's quite messy to work in there. Might want to reconsider.

I applied for a Manager position in another SB under different Ministry. Application was accepted, tmr will be going thru interview.
My current scheme is Grade 6 and I assume the position I’m applying for is the MX scheme MX12? MX13? Offering $4.5k - $5.5k (according to job postings). What are the chances of me getting offered as the salary stated above though my current is only $3.6k?
With regards to “movement policy”, new SB might offer me to retain my current 21days AL & yrs of service. Does it mean that the salary offered will be the same as previous gross pay?

From experience, no way u go by movememt policy and they upgrade u to mx12, movement means u keep your current grade and pay.. only way is to resign and rejoin if they offer u higher grade.. i like u last time, resign as mx14, then join private, rejoin again still they offer me mx14 even though its a manager post.. dont put your hopes to high bro..

Oh no!! Does this mean my present agency knows I applied elsewhere?
