Unregistered Are the training contract benefits in international firms better than big 4s? What is the starting pay like for international firms? Maybe not the magic circle level kind of firms.

Or rather, does training contract pay sort of give a gauge on the starting out pay in law firms? What are the top range like?

If it is low, then what would be a decent pay package to you? Personally, i think it's great!

LOL. This, more like it.

To be honest, I think you need to adjust expectations if you wish to go in-house. There are firms that will pay a lot of money but more often than not you won't be looking at 10-15k/mth salaries at pqe3. More like 8K+.

The places that pay a lot of money are usually FIs, VCs or Tech. So try these places first. Apple has been looking for a commercial transaction counsel for ages.
