Unregistered also coursera or simple google free online course {your interested subject}
the key isnt to get a proper certificate, but sufficient knowledge to build ur foundations, to secure interviews and give your potential managers hope that you can easily further yourself on the job

Fully agree, based on experience, they will refer to your last pay and depending on whether your exp is relevant, plus or minus 10% from there. During all my interviews, the HR manager always try to cut and minimize the salary. It's either a take it or leave it scenario they put us in.
