Does anyone know if this a standard HR marketing email?
Also, has anyone received it and subsequently undergone the application process? If so what was the outcome?
Sounds odd...doesn't that mean they can see your applications for other roles? Is that even allowed? i.e. they can check up on any applicants in [email protected] even though the applicants did not apply to the agency in the first place....won't that cross some sort of line?

HR's influence on hiring

Let say the hiring department is not very sure whether to pick Candidate A or B, because both are about the same, will the HR have the final decision?

Can HR sway the hiring department's decision in some manners?

I was asked to resubmit all the documents and filled in my current employer which was stated on the form. Reference check info is provided by you. You decide which ex employer or manger or ex colleague you want to give as reference check.
HR then send them email a set of typical questions asking about your job performance, attitude etc.

i have been waiting for 3 weeks now and the wait is excruciating, and i have to put off private offers too.

I suggest you drop them an email weekly to follow up. That's what I did for my role in PSD.

After the verbal offer, they took 4 weeks to get back the contract to me, but every week, I will make sure to drop the HR an email to follow up on the progress, and are there any next steps that they need from my side etc blah blah. Goodluck

Unregistered If I ended a peer chat session while awaiting call back for the final interview but i saw the job posting on [email protected] again means it's a goner right?

Is it a must to include cover letter to get an interview?

As stated above.
