Personally for me, it seems to be immoral, why we should use such a situation to surpress the offer of a contract which is signed for a longer period of time? I totally understand the financial situation of all the countries, but it doesn't mean that they show lower the salaries, as the prices for the products in supermarkets are not lowered as well. The main problem HR department and managing in general is that they can't make the system work properly. So instead of making an effort and make the system work well to save some money on other spendings, they just save money from workers salaries. The HR department from our companies uses a lot of softwares and tools that leaded them to the top management department of the state.
