Better than sinkie chinese His Style more liberal More consultative Although like any usual workplace **** needs to be done and someone has to do it, but some how i think he is rather effective Bottomline every company need ppl to work hard, and some projects really take a toll but somebody has to do it. Someone has to be a slave driver and enforce disclipine But a open and consultative style is better |

Ceca anyone work in a company full of foreigners wif u being one of the minority? can share your experiences such as any difficulty adapting to their style of working or personality or traits? myself has worked wif some of them, feel tat we are fr different worlds... |
