I talked to one audit senior, he told me even though the firm pay him $6K, he will NEVER the bear the risk at all. He said "why should I bear the risk? audit partner took be the one who bear the risk. You only pay me $6K"

I saw this lady promoted to manager straightaway resign. Another guy also resign after promoted to manager.
