Had to make a complaint against them through TAFEP and eventually had a sit down with staff from their HQ to sort things out. All I got to say is I'm not sore about not getting the job but working under that guy would have been an extremely bad choice. Someone so backward and judgemental. Took me a few weeks to actually get over the whole thing. From what I learnt was that they only hire people with a very good track record of volunteer work. That's was what I was told by the HQ staff. |

MSF - Family Development Branch (Organisation Development Department) Hi, anyone can share some insight in working at family development branch, Organisation Development dept? Do the dept require alot of OT, is the workload manageable and how is the working environment like (e.g. family-like or ....?) |
