How else to keep programmer to make sure they complete their task?

Pay them high basic. Do nothing for 11 months. Then quit when near project delivery.

This is the result of too many fake tech people.

Literally all the fresh grads in my batch have an exit trajectory. Not only CDO but even the guys from C&M all plan to hopefully jump to ATK or LEK after hitting L10.
