To TS I think u should taken the job and have the contract include a clause that says to some extent your salary will be reassess after x months of work or better still morale by 20%. I think if they serious about hiring u they would consider. Btw u are the final shortlisted?? Can share how much is 20% in your case per month? Just to gauge if haggling over it is worth it. U should also consider the prospect this new co offers versus your current job. Sometimes money may not be everything. |

[QUOTE=chloise;13331]I'm actually under paid now but the new company still want to offer from my current pay...less than 20% some more... QUOTE] Isnt everyone underpaid? So the salary report wont help !! U can use this, u'll likely see that u r already earning above avg though... http://www.mom.gov.sg/Publications/mrsd_qtlmr111.pdf U can also use the report in jobstreet if u want.. but if u really want to make a case that clearly shows that u're underpaid, then just form a survey in this forum & tabulate the results |

dellysunny | HR ppl will laugh at you if you quote the data from "report". Just don't accept the offer if the wage is far below your expectation | |
