I just got a role after 6 rounds of interviews. My 2nd last interview went very well too but they took 3 weeks to get back to me to schedule the last round (before that they were scheduling 2 rounds of interviews a week) so it’s very normal. You’d never know what’s happening behind closed doors. However, yes, do follow up. There’s no harm. All the best! |

I facing third round/ final round of interview last Friday two weeks ago. The interview lasted around 1.5 hours. During the interview, I felt positive especially when the interviewer was asking about whether my current company allows my notice period (1 month) to be bought out. The interviewer also kept focusing on how good the job role and team are. However, one week plus has passed and there is no news. Should I follow up and move on? Any experienced can advise on this. |

The 2nd interview will be tougher, most likely asking you whether you have any relevant work experience that the boss really need (things that apply to the new company demand.) If you can answer and demonstrate your abilities on the spot, you are almost as good as securing the job. Unregistered | Without more information, you're probably better off searching on glassdoor for the common questions asked by the company, some might want to see if you have a cultural fit to their values so its good to read up on their company's values and philosophy | |
