Used to work for a British Bank, best benefits so far compared thought I can't recall all. Main ones were - 31 days leave (Not including parental leave) - To to 7.5k claims for childbirth cost. - Discount for Gyms/selected Hotel bookings) - Near limitlessness healthcare claims, once claimed 9k for two MRI for example (compared to my previous firm which maxed out at 1k for everything. |

My company offers: 1) Annual full medical check of up to $400 2) Good medical coverage for myself, spouse and dependents - close to 100% reimbursement 3) Dental coverage for myself 4) Flexi dollars to claim other expenses like immunization jabs, childcare etc 5) Corporate gym membership (ie foc) 6) H&S insurance for me plus spouse and dependents 7) Flu jabs at the office 8) Annual leave days dependent on years of service 9) The other usual types of leave - sabbatical (unpaid), marriage, compassionate etc 10) Annual education reimbursement (where courses are related to your job) of up to 2.5k Etc.. There are probably other benefits I'm not aware of. |
