Generally, as a corporate lawyer you don't travel much. Not that much of your work needs to be done face to face because you don't do the negotiations -> your client or financial advisor does, then you take instructions.

Intl arbi and regional disputes will travel more, because they have to be there in person.

To add on, I understand there are tons of jobs out there that require business travel like even management consultancy and events planning. But I still wish to stay in the legal industry or perhaps transfer to a legal-related role.

Nope, it's getting worse to be honest. They're harder hit than SG-based firms, and it's not a new trend.

Unregistered I do remember Mcbride telling everyone that no notes are allowed in the exam hall, but the instructions were not very clear. He was not the only one who prepared notes for the exam. Lets give him the benefit of the doubt.
