I stay at alexandra so i have company shuttle bus that drops at dhoby ghaut. I take 1hr 30 mins to commute from work to home. Im 26/F and salary is low as a degree holder. So when i saw a good opportunity i just grabbed it. My salary is 2.5K anyways enough about me. To answer your question, if you are young and not married and commuting to longer distances wouldnt be much a hassle if you are ok with killing time. Anyways congrats on your offer!

I mean, if you have no other offers then take it. You can make use of the travel time to read or do something productive. But I wouldn't last more than 3 years. Most of the staff there drive to work. So you can either buy a car, rent a car, grab, or find another job later on but for now I think it's an okay job to accept. Bear in mind that changi is back office though, so do plan for your progression. All the best!
