Hi Bernice, Investing in Overseas will always carry some form of risks such as overseas government laws change risk, currency risk, developer risk, natural or man-made disasters etc. So you need to do your due diligence. As for investing in Cambodia, typically no loans and no CPF are allowed so you have to pay in full cash which may be (S$120K to S$600k). Malaysia's property, on the other hand, are much more expensive than Cambodia's but usually property loans are allowed. I personally think Cambodia's property are in higher demand due to its proximity to China. |
