What are the job schemes available in gahment? economist scheme engineering scheme legal officer scheme intelligence officer scheme foreign affair scheme any others? I'm interested in seeing the spectrum available. Is there any set criteria for calculating starting pay if you were to cross from one scheme to another? I had a job offer some years back where they said they could match my current pay, and that was for a more stressful position, so I guess it's usually a downward adjustment if you go cross-scheme. |
