I would think so.
Right now, they are promoting inward spending to keep whatever economy going.
But I am expecting CPF cut at the employer side. That is why the NWC is meeting up soon.

I agree with this. I have not read in details whether 13th month is a fixed component or an option. Either way, I believe there are ways to adjust it when the need arises.

At this point in time, my guess is that we will still be paid the 13th month salary.

Is it written in your contact as a variable thing?

If your contact says you’ll be paid, then you would and should get it.

If not just take it as a donation, we are lucky that there’s no pay cut yet
