If u lucky, maybe 12% to 15% promo increment. But these 2 years market bad, so maybe about 10%.

Promotion is based on % to your current base salary. Not based on fresh grad.

senior application consultant pay

Cannot be what........ Promote to senior application consultant sure will increase pay. Plz roughly input the range salary....
