Unregistered Hay all I need help. Have been working for about 7 years now but Iím only earning $4.5k a month. Have been in an ad agency all my life that unfortunately didnít pay very well but I still enjoyed what I did. I feel like Iím lagging behind all my peers. What should I do? Should I find a role in higher paying gov places instead? If to upskill, what courses have yíall taken and personally vouch is a good one to go for?

yes indeed, but these are minorities.. just look around yourself, a fresh grad drawing 3.5k with 15 to 16 months package is already above average
