The Sengkang Grand Residences Floor Plans Some example architectural floor plans for Sengkang Grand Residence have just come out. And from what we could see of it, it looks pretty much run of the mill. Nothing really special, might have been any other project. A bit of a let down actually. Functional, but was expecting something a bit more special, since Sengkang Grand is being developed by Capitaland and CDL, and both are supposedly quite strong in this area. But to be fair, only a handful of floor plans have come out, so the others may be better. |
