Servicing date Hi, I was a foreign worker with EP holder. I accepted my job offer thru recruitment agency at 24 June. My offer letter didn't mention when is my service starting date, it just only mentioned if i resign within 1 year of my servicing i have to pay offered first month’s gross salary. I had already worked at this company for 3 months but company haven't let me sign appointment letter, i keep asking my boss for appointment letter but he keep telling me he busy didn't have time to prepare the letter. I was considering to resign after 1 year but I don't know which date i should follow. Is my servicing date start from the time i signed my offer letter or the time i sign my appointment letter? |
