chancellor Is it really worth it to go after the certs if you're not sure what you want even?

Why not head out to the work force for a few years first and then decide? As alot of people end up changing direction after they learn about what they truly love midway..

Well I can assume you are trying to enter Pharmaceutical? With a Bsc as your base, it will be better for you to do a PhD and enter pharma. Work your way up, and hope for the org to send you to do a MBA. There's no point for you to do a MBA now.

Where's your degree from anyway? Paper race is tight in China, plus are you able to converse in business Mandarin?

Bsc is from the UK and I just received the cert this year. But since the programme was completed last year, I applied for my master(Aussie) with only my transcript and no cert and got accepted.
I'm not quite sure if I want to enter pharm as it's always something which I didn't have much of an interest in. To be honest, I've never considered taking a PhD either due to the sheer number of time and funds required. My family isn't able to support that and I've been paying for my own education and will have to continue to do so in view that my younger siblings are still in poly and below.
Is there a way to do the same as your suggestion without the PhD?
I have no issues with mandarin considering its a language which I've been speaking in my family since young (my uncles are all businessmen and I grew up listening to their discussions) and also a language which I've to use on a day to day basis considering the nature of my job.

Unregistered This is a Singapore based forum, you are asking for advice to venture into Beijing market. Try some china forums for expat and you probably should get better advice.

It's like I know I want to be a CEO of a listed company some day in America but from after graduation till I get there, I don't know what to do.

Isn't this everyone's / most dilemma?

What prospective jobs will be available with these certifications?

Hi! I have a BSc.(Hons) in Biomedical Science and am currently studying a Master in Health Service Management. I am intending to take an MBA subsequently. At present I have 3 years of experience working in the hospital for research coordination. With these in mind however, I am quite unsure on what am I going to do after finishing my education. Any advice or suggestions? I do hope to be able to go to Beijing or Shanghai in subsequent years of my career but it's the gap in between completion of my education and that period of time on which I'm quite lost on how to progress.
