Bad people don't get identified ..so easily (if you try hard to infer you may know who) because of course the risks of getting the poster identified may be high.
But I think the main purpose of identifying certain kinds of behaviour here and what not, is to give people a "true" picture of this organization. It's not a bed of roses like what is portrayed out there, people should not only know the good, but have just as much view of the horrific before they join...

Chill people.. Honest opinions or not, it is just represent the opinion of a person. no right or wrong and like it or not, everyone is entitled to their own opinions.
Someone may think highly of a certain dep, others may not. it could be many factors like unpleasant working rs with certain people in the dep.
As long as you dont go posting things that could identify a person causing reputation damages and having no supporting evidence on what you post, i dont think people are so free to hunt you down.

Or are you suggesting that police and SingTel or whatever illegally give up user details without a court order? Or are you suggesting a court order can be obtained just because someone rant online about his company?

Are you one of those who got grudge against TG? I certainly don’t. MAS is far from the most digitalised workplace around, but I don’t think it’s solely a TG problem. For me, basic facilities like IT clinic work, the people there are friendly and helpful.
You also on wrong track. People talking about calling out IRL. As for your comment, obviously you don’t know enough to know that if people really want to trace who you are, they don’t need to do it themselves. The only question then is what is the cost of taking up this exercise. IYKYK!
