Including managing and delegating tasks to other employees Keeping the centres clean and tidy on a daily basis Qualifications and Skills Requirements: Preferably a Bachelors Degree in any field of study. Having musical background is a plus At least 1 2 years of experience in a customer service field At least 1 2 years of experience in a management position Fluent in English, both spoken and written Ability to converse in Mandarin is a plus, to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Scheduling Software, Invoicing Hardware, Phone and Email correspondence.
