adviceseeker Hi,

May I seek advice about Financial Accounting Advisory Services in YELLOW?

Basically what do they do? How's the career progression looks like?

Unregistered I personally know an SM waking up late everyday and just slacking at home everyday during this WFH. Previously when need to go office, will come back at midnight but now, slacking at home everyday as no one sees/monitor.

They expertly delegate work to their workdogs. Only attend meetings etc, sitting around earning good money and waiting to become partner as they are on the so called "list"

This is the effect of WFH

Unregistered Big 4 SM is very slack . Everything delegate , if you have good people and workdogs under you , life is smooth. They are just slacking at home during the WFH and sitting in meetings only without adding any value

The salary sounds about right for a junior manager grade.

Typically 12 to 14 years with few years of overseas exposure in one of large Big4 offices (US/UK)

They have a lot of exit opportunities, from Insurance Agent to SAF General
