That is a refurbishment of the conserved existing heritage house on the site.  Being a conservation building, the facade will be kept pretty similar to its original design, with iron fretwork and lacy filigree work.  And fittingly, it will be called the Club Haus.

The other interesting thing about this project is that it actually stretches between Handy Road and Mount Sophia road up the hill.  So it has 2 entrances, one from the Handy Road end, and the other from the Mount Sophia end, which is a about 3 storeys higher.

But the floor plans will likely come out before then.  Analysts were expecting this project to sell at around $2,900 PSF, which could give some idea of the final quantum selling prices.
