Just applied for the AIM program last week am I too late? are all the interviews finished?

Unregistered i see...tbh, heard a lot of things about the culture but the job itself seems okay and a great starting one. very hard to sift through all the negativity on glassdoor and here to find anything remotly helpful

It's considered a perm role, I'd say you're ranked slightly higher than normal farmers but still lower than scholars. Career progression is only accelerated in the first year or two (basically when you're still in the prog). No guarantees past that.
