3. the CSDP itself. The training part i heard is okay. But you either do not get to do real work or are just "training" for the next year and a half, while your peers outside are all gaining real life experience.

Seems like its a good idea in concept but not good execution
Can share where else pays better for non cyber train people who wants to get into the field? I am thinking of getting in the field first and frm the comments above it seems possible.

Unregistered its a cheap source of labour for ground work, that they dun have to pay market rate to attract people in.
