Unregistered Can anyone share what is it like working in MFA corporate track? What are the hours, management culture, career progression etc like? The pay is very attractive but am curious about the catch.

Check what fresh grads get these days, and account for your 8 years exp. That should tell you whether you're being shortchanged.

Would it be advisable to hop to another SB or Ministry for higher pay?

Unregistered Does anyone knows if status changes to “shortlisted” in [email protected] portal, does it mean 100 percent I will be called up by the stat board for an interview????

But min on surface offers you "nicer" designation because Min is the Governance party

example matching pay range
min AD = SB AM
min SAD = SB M
min head/DD = SB SM

but there are also some SB with exceptional nice designation like CPF

example matching pay range
CPF DD = SB M

at the end of the day, when you change job, HR will look at your pay range (not your designation). HR within PS will already know the above and map you to the corresponding pay grade.
nice designation may grant you better chance of interview in private company though
