Latest Update on Luxus Hills The Signature Collection phase of Luxus Hills sold with a bang! All 78 units sold out within 4 days. In fact, most of them within the first 2 days alone. And the earliest birds on the first day of the launch at end August 2019, those who bought without even seeing the showflat, got the best deals. Easily over $100K less than those who bought towards the end. |

Luxus Hills vs Belgravia Green Now that Belgravia Green, as well as Nim Collection is pretty much sold out, Bukit Sembawang has deemed it timely to release the next phase of Luxus Hills for sale.
