Freehold Cluster Housing Launching October 2018

Belgravia Green is a new freehold cluster housing development that will be launching its VIP Preview in October 2018. It is located on the fringe of Seletar Hills estate, at Belgravia Drive. Belgravia Drive is accessed from Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, and is around 5 minutes bus ride to Ang Mo Kio Hub and Town Center. It is being developed by the Tong Eng Group.

The Belgravia Green cluster homes occupy a decent sized plot of land compared to most freehold cluster developments, and is the 2nd phase of the Belgravia Collection. The first phase was Belgravia Villas, that sold out some time back.

Now it is the turn of the 2nd phase to launch. Belgravia Green will number 81 units, comprising 10 semi-detached homes, and 71 terraces. Each of them will come with 5 bedrooms plus a store or helper's room. Three of the bedrooms are ensuite, including one in the basement that should suit perhaps a family member who wants more peace and quiet. Design-wise it looks like Belgravia Green has a better layout than Belgravia Villas.

The perspectives have just been released by Tong Eng. Here is one of them.

Firstly, some of the units at Belgravia Green are designed without private home lifts. This is to cater to buyers who have said previously that they don't want a home lift, as they didn't need one, and didn't want to maintain one.

The other noticeable improvement is that the bedrooms at Belgravia Green are bigger. The master bedroom is at least 50% larger than for Belgravia Villas. This is the kind of size that people who live in landed homes tend to look for. The living room and roof terrace are also a more functional rectangular shape.

Overall, it looks like Belgravia Green is one of the best cluster home developments that we have seen in recent years to be launched.
