Latest update on JadeScape: the Preview started last weekend, on 8 September. Response was pretty good. It was reported that around 9,000 people came to view over the weekend. While there might have been some double-counting, from those who came a 2nd time to place a cheque, it is still an impressive number. I can attest to the crowds. The 3 bedroom show suite seemed especially popular, with the longest queue to view it. The 5 bedroom show unit also had a queue, but that could have been because it is the Smart Home showcase as well, so the traffic had to move slower through it. |

Latest Update on JadeScape Here are the latest updates on JadeScape. The showflat is likely to open for VIP Preview from 8 September, but this is still subject to final confirmation. The JadeScape showflat is located at Bishan, close to Junction 8 and the MRT stations, in fact on the site of the former Skyvue showflat. The Jadescape condo showflat is impressive. 2 storeys high, it will feature 5 show units, one each for each of the different unit sizes! Not only that, there will be an actual example of a Smart Home, complete with ambassadors to explain it all to you. There are only 2 penthouses in this project, but Qingjian is reserving them, and they are not for sale at this point. |

The JadeScape @ Shunfu Jadescape is an upcoming condominium in the Shunfu area, on the site of the former HUDC project Shunfu Ville, about 3 minutes walk to Marymount MRT station. This is a pretty good location, in a mature housing estate that is next to some landed housing. Being developed and will launch for sale in the 2nd half of 2018. About the Name: As a valuable precious stone, the Jade in the name positions the development as one of luxury and prestige. Also known for its green varieties, Jade represents the varied, lush greenery and hints at the elegance, instead of using ‘green’ or ‘emerald’. The Scape describes the setting and nature inspired position of the property. Used together, as in ‘landscape’, the Jadescape condo name visualises the extensiveness of the greenery (jade) in the project and positions the property as one that is rich in value, concept, as well as nature.
