Unregistered yes 5k is reasonable nowadays. Grab, carousell, Shopee, honestbee should be above equal or more than 5.5k

bonus is usually a month I think

For government, dso/govtech..., I think 5k is reasonable for a first-class honor CS graduate. Their bonus should be 2-4months

Hire Indian ft. E pass is just 3,600. They full stack developer. Code cook clean.

As an employer myself, I value graduates who are better skilled and have decent knowledge with the latest tools and tech stack out now. Some of the start ups have bad bonuses. So 5000 base is reasonable.
