yes 5k is reasonable nowadays. Grab, carousell, Shopee, honestbee should be above equal or more than 5.5k

bonus is usually a month I think

For government, dso/govtech..., I think 5k is reasonable for a first-class honor CS graduate. Their bonus should be 2-4months

Some of the start ups have bad bonuses. So 5000 base is reasonable.
