I am in my 17th year. Not sure how I survived so long but didn't recall the earlier years being so challenging either.

Cos when you contract teach for 1+ year, that's when moe can really assess you on your suitability.

I'm doing contract teaching my intake is July 2024. I am posted to a school in mid February. What are the chances MOE will take me in for July intake? How do they decide? Why do I hear commonly contract has to serve 1 year before entering NIE?
