3pqe

Looking to move in house. 7k base pay, been in small-mid firms doing gen corp and liti. Pretty much a gp my entire career. What should be the salary range for 3PQE? I know I’m underpaid but don’t wish to ask for the sky.

Just want to get out of private practice asap

Which firms?

Also, a few hundred more bucks a month hardly makes up for the delayed qualification and added 6 months of TC innit?
