I dont know 100%, but i think nobody is an LP9 right from the start unless you are like a president or asean scholar, or safsa scholar. Anything other than those, you are probably a farmer and LP is highly dependent on perf.

How is LP measured, then? I assume the starting point would be your class of honours and whether you're a scholar, after which it is affected by your yearly performance grade?

Firstly, there's already no CEP. So all the questions about default CEP is no longer valid. So when officers are evaluated now, the only question that is asked every year at the ranking table is - is this person a potential Director (LP 9 and above), and if so, what level? E.g.
