Your info outdated already, now it's the same everywhere. It used to be only ikan bilis agencies anyhow giving titles, but nowadays almost everyone in the industry is doing it regardless big or small. It is common to see "senior managers" 2 years leaving school and everyone is "associate director" and "director".

But that does not change the fact these are mostly jr execs esp when they join the client side. A director will become manager or even assistant manager upon joining a prominent client co.

I believe JWT does. Do a search on LinkedIn and you will know.

Ad Agencies

Just curious: How much can one expect to earn after, say, 4-5 years in a big name ad/media agency? Roughly how much does an associate director (~ at least 6 years) make?
