Unregistered | Not a fresh grad. Have some related working experience, i guess can be considered as an experienced hire. for my position (different from yours), the interviewers mentioned that there will be 2nd round of interview if further shortlisted. maybe check the status of your application on the website/online portal and try emailing them in 2 weeks time? stay positive the average time for EM to finalise seems to be quite long too (approx. 2-3 months).. depending on the position. | |

Hi, Had an interview with them too but different position. They did reply my email when I asked about the progress and status of my application. i think it is better to email them rather than to call. it has been a month since your interview. Did they follow-up with you? If not, I guess it will be good for you to drop an email... |

ExxonMobil Process Design Engineer (Experienced Hire) Had an interview with ExxonMobil mid Dec 17. Would be great if anyone can answer my queries! 1. Typically how long does it takes for them to come back with a decision (I forgot to ask during the interview)? 2. For experienced hire, is there a second interview? 3. Planning to email the HR In Thailand to follow up, do you think they will entertain this kind of emails? Or they will get put off by this kind of emails? 4. What are the benefits (annual leaves, health, dental etc.) and bonuses like? Read from other posts that they offer fixed 3 months bonus, is that true? So there is no variable bonus? Thanks. |
