Upcoming EC at YCK Hundred Palms Residences EC is an upcoming Executive Condominium (EC) located in the matured district 19, along Yio Chu Kang Road. It is also by far the only EC that's being launch in recent times, not located in the EC rich estate of Punggol and Sengkang. Jointly developed by Hoi Hup Realty, a quality developer with a good track records of developments in Singapore and many others. Hundred Palms Residences EC will yield an estimated 520 units in total, consist of 2 bedroom, 3 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms units. Details will be released soon via email on the layouts, floor plans and site plans. It is also expected to be completed by 2020/2021. Hundred Palms Residences EC showflat will be opened in July 2017 targeted.
