For the 2-year contract offered to new hires for Poly IPS admin scheme of service, a salary is stated in the contract. Will these staff receive MI on the very next 1st Apr albeit prorated, or is the salary stated locked in for the 2-year period? Thx!

Is there any salary increment when your IPS contract get renewed after 2 years? How many percent typically? IPS 6 here.

Does any know for admin side if dressing down Mon to Fri is allowed as with other public agencies since around from Covid period? i.e. can wear short sleeve polo, jeans.

If you are referring to the title then yes, but if they get promoted beyond that then the title will change. Eg Executive are at a certain IPS but if they get promoted to Senior Executive then their IPS will move also.

Is it true that for SP Senior Lecturers are all capped at IPS8? I.e. can't go IPS9 and beyond?

So all those old birds all kena salary cap? @.@

Poly shutdown days might depend on the respective polys but holiday period the lecturers should be on leave.

For medical, yes can cover dependents but they will tap on your entitlements
