Is your job unionised? Do they have a clause which says new joiners can be below min? Also is the salary apple for apple, in terms of allowances, aws etc.

If really below then should approach HR, could be admin error.

I am working in a public hos in sg
I found out that the salary I received is actually less than the min salary stated in collective agreement for my job grade.
Does anyone here has this issue? (or only me?)
Shall I ask HR to increase my salary??
