Unregistered | I work in public sector on/off for the last 15 years (1 ministry, 2 statboards). For experience hires, it's experience and domain knowledge that count more than grades. I had only part-time degree. First job in ministry was because I had relevant experience. Second time there was because someone opened the door for me + experience. | |
