Is it wise to step down from current stressful job with long working hours that pays 9K pm to take on a job which is less demanding and pay 2 to 3 K? Admin type of job is fine. Local Degree holder here, want to explore diploma level jobs.

Appreciate any advice. Thanks.
Yes, why not. You can even fire if you want, but choosing to work an easier job is definitely a wise choice. Keeps you away from the stress and yet keeps you occupied.

If you're remaining single, you can definitely take it slow and retire early too. You even have housing already. Can already enjoy life

I don't have any properties at the moment, planning to BTO with gf but there are some issues as her parents have placed some properties under her name. Need to figure out how to do this.

CPF:
OA: 95k
Total 155k

Cash:
I have around 108k in bank account, remaining in Tbills, fixed d and around 400k (USD) in USDT. I made around 1.4m through crypto some time back. I had 200k stuck for a few years, which caused pre-depression as diagnosed by my doc. Almost killed myself at some point, wasn't in control of myself, lucky I didn't.

Currently in gov job, salary is on the low side, 6.8k. hardly have any excess cash after expenses. I reinvest all returns from Tbills and FD because I don't think I have the discipline to manage money, will likely try to retire by 40 if possible, depending on how fast I get sick of working.
Heng you nv do anything stupid bro. Why still doing gov job? Your annual returns should be more than your annual salary.
