The Clement Canopy @ Clementi Ave 1 The Clement Canopy, is jointly developed by UOL and Singland. Two Towers of 40 Storeys with about 500 Residential Units will be built. The Clement Canopy is conveniently link to the AYE, and surrounded by many good school. There are two Poly within 10 minutes drive away. Clementi Centre and MRT is within walking distance. National University of Singapore and National University Hospital is also 5 minutes Drive Only. Clementi MRT station is only 1 station away to Jurong East MRT, where the 2nd Central Business District (CBD) of Singapore will be. Here you can find many shopping malls such as Westgate, Jem, Jcube, Big Box and IMM. There are also two Big Medical hubs here at Jurong East.
