CapitaLand has launched its Latest Cluster Housing Project CapitaLand has launched its latest cluster housing project Victoria Park Villas in District 10 last 03 September. Victoria Park Villas is an impressive collection of 99-years leasehold landed houses consists of 106 semi-detached houses and 3 bungalows units located in Singapore's most sought-after District 10 along Victoria Park Road and Coronation Road.  According to Mr Nicholas Mak, Executive Director of SLP International, due to the land cost, Victoria Park Villas project appear slightly pricey. CapitaLand acquired the Government Land Sales site with $908 psf strong bid in June 2013, this is 17 percent higher than the next highest bidder, Mr Mak stated.
