big4 director level 10-13k with 12 to 15 years experience? really? how about variable components like bonuses? how much in terms of basic wage? 3-5x?

iirc, M1 M2 M3 are bagging 6,7,8k... i assume SM1, SM2 (not sure if there is a SM3 or AD thereafter) would be between 8k all the way to 10-11k.

Directors should at least be $13k upwards...
Directors are known to be paid $13k-$16k. Maybe there are a lot of high flyers here so they think it's a pittance.

Anyone or if anyone have friends who made this kind of move before manager, can you share your exp? Like whats the prospect like? Cos in big 4 the career progression is quite stable whereas in bank its not and there are pros and cons with each choice. Any advise or comment will be much welcomed!
So did u make the move?

Unregistered IA is a great and stable place to be in. I'll take the move @ 25% if I were you. Congrats

Stay with the Big 4 and move into consultancy if you are not already in it. Consultancy is booming.
