BlurBerry
Move On

Burberry, the onus is out of favor, it's time to depart and find someone who appreciates employee unless otherwise proven useless. Think again, if you come out to run your own business, would you do the same?

Unregistered nowadays i see more and more singaporeans less than 35 years old...always complaining about their job...complain and kpkb...but never got the guts to quit for some reason...need the job to pay bills etc ....some hop here hop there reach 30 but salary still so damn low...why dun suck it up and work hard...make your boss need you..make yourself valuable...some came out of uni with a good degree but cannot take hardship...work five years change so much job but salary still like $3k...then you wonder if their investment in degree is it a good choice?

Unregistered ask yourself..you have much options? are you demanded in the industry? but i doubt the answer is positive cos if so...you wouldn't be here asking this question already...it's more a matter of you need the job more or the boss need you more...and does the job market need you too?

Unregistered From the look of it, Blueberry has decided he/she is not going to continue putting up with whatever is happening. No need to debate further whether to quit or not.

There is no right or wrong, only if the person who is quitting can stomach the loss of income and the risks in finding a new job.

Learning to manage the boss is part and parcel of any job. If your mentality is gonna be I am not going to think of anything with my brains as long as it is not my job scope, then be prepared to be a low level complaining grunt for the rest of your life. Got the balls then just quit and fcuk care, otherwise come here bitch and in the end still no balls to quit.

If you have the ability to just walk out, by all means go ahead and just give your boss the middle finger and tell him to get out of your elite uncaring face. If your circumstances do not permit, then LLST do your work keep your head low and pray hard it doesn't take too long to get another job.

There is only the concept of whether you can quit, no concept as whether you should quit. Having an online debate on whether you should quit or not achieves nothing other than giving you some psychological relief and short term feel good factor.
Then you should not even reply my thread. What is the point ? Noone wants to create an online debate unless you are the one started it and ppl want to refute you. I do not need any psychological relief and short term feel good factor either as I do not camp online day and night like you.

But I guess you are the one who need the 'psychological relief and short term feel good factor'.
