few hours are needed to complete the task.

· You have no office supplies to keep in stock. We provide our own equipment and office
supplies, in another word more saving for you.

· All projects can be sent thru email or through postal mail and all original documents will be
returned along with the finished product base on your needs.

· You do not have to pay for health insurance, life insurance, workers compensation insurance,
14 vacation days, personal days, public holidays or sick days.

· No need to spend time and money training new employees. We are fully trained in this field.

AGREEMENT

3. You only pay their virtual assistant only for the time they
actually spend on their assignment. No fixed salary for an
employee whether they are working, idle or simple doing nothing.

4. You save money on not only the hourly wages, but also
on the wear and tear of office equipment. You also do not
have to pay for health insurance, life insurance, sick days,
vacation days, (PH) holidays Leave, retirement, or workers compensation.

5. Assignments can be received and returned thru hard copy
(through postal mail) or CD's, or through the
internet thru email with attachment.

Statement of Agreement: The client agrees to pay After Hours Typing
Service for any and all work performed on his or her own or his or her
own company’s behalf. The client has reviewed the rates and is fully
aware that he or she is fully responsible for an accurate and truthful
description of any work order materials submitted. Client agrees that
any contact information and information about a project work order
submitted is accurate to the best of his or her knowledge.

Services: All services are administered by After Hours Typing Service
according to the clients specifications by the agreed upon deadline,
unless unforeseen circumstances occur.

Project turnaround: The turnaround time varies from project to project.
This depends on the length of the project, the legibility of the
handwriting, and on how many prior projects are in the works. After
Hours Typing Service will always finish the project in the quickest
possible time while allowing for the highest quality of work. After
reviewing the clients’ project we will give you an estimated time that
you should expect the work to take. If for some reason, it cannot be
finished by the time line, we will contact you immediately.

Clients must submit 15% of the quoted price at the time the work order
is submitted. The remaining balance will be due upon job completion.

Confidentiality: Client contact information and all client documents will
be held in the strictest confidence. All original work materials will be
returned to client with finished product unless otherwise specified by
client.

Once a client receives the final project, they must verify all information
and if there are any changes that need to be made they must contact us
within 80 hours. Any changes or modifications that are needed and we
are notified within the 80 hours there will be no extra charge. If we are
notified after the 80 hour period, we will charge our normal hourly fees to
complete the project.
